Please check the available dates on the calendar below, and submit a completed booking form and deposit to reserve your dates.

Once the booking form and the deposit is received, you will be issued with a confirmation letter.
Bookings typically start at 3pm and finish 5.00pm Sunday, or 10.30am on other days. The Lodge is not available during Christmas or New Year.
Please note that the booking office is closed between 1st December and 1st of March to give our team a break.

Prices for 2026/27
2026 - £35 per person per night
(Those 2 yrs old and younger are not charged.)
A deposit of £70 per night for the duration of your stay is required on booking, i.e. £140 two nights, £210 three nights etc.
2027 - £40 per person per night
(Those 2 yrs old and younger are not charged.)
Deposit is £80 per night for the duration of the booking, i.e. £160 two nights, £240 three nights etc.
(Minimum fee for single occupancy is the same as the deposit.)
The deposit is non-refundable, however, dates can be transferred if notice is given four clear weeks from the booking start date (i.e. 29 days or more).
Please note:
The Lodge is booked on an exclusive use basis so that groups do not have to share.
The Lodge may also be booked on an hourly basis during the day for £15/£20 per hour.
We are unable to take debit or credit cards. Details for online banking are given on the booking form and confirmation letter.
Group leaders are responsible for completing the booking form, paying the deposit and collecting fees from attendees. The fees minus the deposit should be paid within 7 days of leaving the Lodge. We are unable to take separate payments from individual group members.
Murray Scarlett Glen Esk Fund
The purpose of this fund is to assist people who are members of the Diocese of Brechin to stay at St Drostan’s Lodge. It provides funding for young people up to the age of eighteen, students in Further and Higher Education, and adults in special circumstances e.g. receiving pension credit, unemployment or disability benefits.
A payment can also be made towards the cost of transportation to and from the Lodge. This grant will be paid to your church not to St Drostan’s. Your group leader or church should make the full payment to St Drostan’s for your stay.
