Young people from churches in the Brechin Diocese may be able to claim back their cost from the Murray Scarlett Glen Esk Fund following their visit. The application form for this may be downloaded from the Resources page on the Diocese of Brechin Website, and funds are paid directly to the relevant church after the visit. (The purpose of this fund is to assist people from the Diocese to go to St Drostan’s Lodge. It will pay for young people up to the age of eighteen, Students in Further and Higher Education, and adults in special circumstances e.g.; receiving pension credit, Personal Independence Payment, Employment Support or Job Seekers Allowances. Murray Scarlett payments are entirely separate from St Drostan’s Lodge and so you should make the full contribution to St Drostan’s for your stay within one week of leaving the Lodge.)
